SUMMARY:10th MyPSA National Pharmacy Debate Competition 2024 Phase 3 Registration
DESCRIPTION:10th MyPSA NPDC 2024 is an annual national debate competition under MyPSA. It offers a stimulating and learner-centred activity that helps students develop their critical thinking skills and acquire broad\, multifaceted information spanning numerous fields outside of their typical academic topics. It is hoped that this competition can raise participants’ self-esteem and degree of confidence. \nThe objectives of the event are as below: \n\nTo promote healthy competition in terms of general knowledge and personal soft skills among pharmacy students nationwide.\nTo foster the relationship among participants and strengthen the network established between students at all pharmacy schools.\nTo develop students’ critical thinking and analytical skills through debate.\n\nEach challenge within NPDC will bring together talented participants\, all vying for the coveted trophies and the prestigious title of champions. SUMMARY:3rd MHSA Interprofessional Forum 2024
DESCRIPTION:This year\, the theme for the 3rd MHSA Interprofessional Forum 2024 will be ‘Will the progress of Artificial Intelligence (AI) lead to the replacement of jobs in the healthcare profession?’ It is hoped that by highlighting the chosen issue during the forum\, it will provide early exposure to the healthcare students about the current concerns and possible actions from different professions to overcome this situation. Thus\, this can also solidify their professional roles in their future healthcare workplaces\, improving the quality of care in different healthcare sectors. \nMalaysian Healthcare Students Alliance is a student-led national level healthcare alliance which is supported by three Malaysian student organisations: the Malaysian Dental  Students’ Association (MDSA)\, the Malaysian Medics International (MMI)\, and the  Malaysian Pharmacy Students’ Association (MyPSA). It seeks to serve as a representative advocate for the collective voice\, roles\, positions\, education\, and welfare of Malaysian healthcare students. By organising this interprofessional forum and social gathering under  MHSA\, dentist\, medics and pharmacy students will be able to interact with students from other healthcare fields while also developing positive and correct mindsets\, learning effective approaches\, and gaining experiences from the interprofessional forum so that they can contribute their professional skills to Malaysian healthcare team down the road.
