Pharmacy students can learn a great deal through this educational trip because it provides real-life experience. Obviously\, there is no better way to learn something than to see it or do it for yourself. \nOn educational trips\, pharmacy students can interact with other students from 20 local universities in Malaysia. It gives them a chance to gain new perspectives and gain insight from complete strangers with different opinions. In addition to developing professional skills\, students can learn about local customs and build confidence. It’s important to note that educational trips create a lot of different types of learning styles for pharmacy students and are excellent teaching tools. SUMMARY:MyPSA Educational Trip Series 2023: Hospital Pharmacy
DESCRIPTION:MyPSA Educational Trip has been one of the flagship events under the collaboration between the Networking Office and the Education Office. Aiming to expose pharmacy students from different universities to the reality of the working environment and sectors\, the event aims to provide opportunities for them to learn about the real working environment and sectors. It allows pharmacy students to gain insight and information about the working environment that they may not have experienced since the beginning of the pandemic. They’ll get a better understanding of how pharmacy works and expand their horizons. \nIt is a golden opportunity\, especially for undergraduate pharmacy freshmen students who have never had any experiences or little experience in hospital attachment in order to acquire greater exposure to various hospital sectors. They will have a clearer image of what a hospital pharmacist from different departments performs every day so that they can make the best decision for their future. The knowledge and experiences gained from this education trip will be very beneficial to all the participants in choosing their future pathways.
