SUMMARY:Bridging Our Borders Opening Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Bridging Our Borders will be a multi-country collaboration in which students from each participating country’s association can participate as mentees\, and are matched with mentors sourced by another participating country’s association. Mentors’ profiles will be provided for mentees to find out more about the mentors before they indicate their preferences\, and are matched to mentors. An opening ceremony is conducted to start off the programme. Thereafter\, mentors and mentees will meet every 2 weeks at their own time over 1.5 months. The programme will follow a group mentorship model with 6-8 mentees to 2 mentors\, from different countries but the same field. We aim to assign mentees of different countries to each group to encourage mingling. Each meeting aims to help broaden mentees’ perspectives and allows them to learn more about the practice of pharmacy/pharmaceutical sciences in other countries\, possible education pathways one can consider as well as life overseas. A closing ceremony will be conducted to officially conclude the cycle.

SUMMARY:6th MyPSA National Pharmacy Research Competition (NPRC) 2023
DESCRIPTION:MyPSA National Pharmacy Research Competition (NPRC) debuted in 2018 as a national event focusing on research projects by undergraduate students in the Pharmacy Education branch. The event allows undergraduate students with research experience to showcase their research skills and projects\, striving to greater heights on a national platform. SUMMARY:MHSA Blood Donation Awareness Campaign
DESCRIPTION:MHSA Blood Donation Awareness Campaign is an awareness campaign that would mainly focus on educating people on the significance of donating blood. This act is vital as blood donation indirectly can save someone’s life who needs blood. Owing to certain health conditions and medical interventions\, we cannot deny the fact that there is a continuous demand in the national blood bank. In addition to that\, the arrangement of the blood drives has been debarred during the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected the blood bank as they are running out of blood donors. Therefore\, via this campaign we also aim to spread awareness and encourage the public especially healthcare students who are in good health to donate blood regularly and gain more knowledge on blood donation awareness. This event is planned to be a one-month campaign held in June 2022 in conjunction with the World Blood Donor Day. \nEvent Date: \n\nBlood Donation Quiz Competition: 3rd July 2022 (Sunday) to 10th July 2022 (Sunday)\n\nEvent Time \n\nBlood Donation Quiz Competition: 3rd July 2022 (12.00 P.M) to 10th July 2022 (12.00 AM)\n\nLocation: \n\nBlood Donation Quiz Competition: Google Form\n\nMyPSA CPD Points:  \n\nBlood Donation Quiz Competition: 4 points\n\nRegistration Link: https://forms.gle/5WRLuvTjdpRyApW68 \nBlood Donation Quiz Competition: \nContact Details of Organizers/ ExCo in Charge:\nOffice In-Charge: Public Health Office \nExco-In-Charge :\nNilesha A/P Sunderrao\, mypsa.ph@gmail.com \n  \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n
