MyPSA Metamorphosis
Themed ‘Metamorphosis’, the Leaders’ Development Programme is a new initiative by MyPSA in collaboration with the Malaysian Pharmacists Society-Young Pharmacist Chapter (MPS-YPC) with the goal to cultivate and enhance the leadership skills among Malaysian pharmacy undergraduates. The proposed project will be a one year programme (March – September 2018) consisting of a three-phase set-up: boot camp, mentorship and appraisal.

As we bid goodbye to phase 1, our participants are ready to embark on their second journey with our meticulously hand-picked mentors.
Metamorphosis Phase 2 is about Brewing Your Cup Of Tea. Selected mentors from various expertise will be assigned to nourish the hidden potential within our participants as well as bring up and enhance their skillset of choice through personalized mentorship.
