15th MyPSA NoGAPS 2020
MyPSA National Gathering of Pharmacy Students
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, 15th MyPSA NoGAPS was carried out as a two-day virtual event, unlike the traditional five-day live event. The whole event operationalized remotely where a group of committees was assigned as the “backstage crew” to manage technical issues throughout the event while the remaining committee members partook in all the activities planned. All the participants were placed according to their Team Building Games groupings and they were facilitated by delegated committee members (facilitators). Zoom Meeting links for webinars and forum were emailed to participants one week prior to the event by Registration Department and meeting links for other activities were shared during the event day. The participants were kept reminded on the housekeeping rules before every session starts. For every webinar as well as the forum, a question and answer (Q&A) session was implemented and conducted through Slido where participants can post relevant questions to the speaker for discussion. Moreover, participants were encouraged to email the speaker to clarify any content related question which was not managed to discuss during this session. Next, participants willing to obtain a copy of the speakers’ presentation slides were asked to drop their request to the organizing committee via email.
