MyPSA National Pharmacy Debate Competition
MyPSA National Pharmacy Debate Competition (NPDC) is a highly anticipated annual debate competition organized under Malaysian Pharmacy Students’ Association (MyPSA) which involves twenty (20) pharmacy student societies in Malaysia.
This year, Management Science University (MSU) and SEGi University have taken the initiative to host the 9th MyPSA National Pharmacy Debate Competition (NPDC) 2023 with the highlighting theme ‘Thought on Ice, Heat of Dispute’.
The main intended focus of this event is to provide a platform in encouraging and providing the opportunity for pharmacy students to showcase their critical thinking and communication skills through students’ analytical thinking and broad knowledge concepts in providing a structured, well-informed, and balanced reasoning and evidence across several health disciplines that are outside of the student's curriculum.
The 9th MyPSA NPDC 2023 was held for two (2) days, in which consists of five (5) stages: three (3) Preliminary Rounds, one (1) Semi Final Round and one (1) Grand Final Round, and accompanied by a series of webinars to engage all participants whilst gaining the newfound knowledge. The debate competition focused on significant issues related to the healthcare setting.
