Metamorphosis 4.0: Phase 3

MyPSA Metamorphosis is MyPSA Flagship Leadership Programme that aims to nurture future leader which will be held from Feb – June annually. It is further conducted through 3 phases which are Introductory Phase, Execution Phase and Reflection Phase.
- Introductory phase – Leadership Camp which consists of webinar, workshop, bonding session etc.
- Execution phase – Participants will be divided into groups of different major topics and expected to pitch for the desired group and project. Project executions will be guided by mentors.
- Reflection phase – 1-day camp, aims to have group and individual sharing sessions, and also celebratory dinner.
