MyPSA X Green Lung UKM GLSO

Green Lung Shout Out Webinar is an event held by Green Lung Society from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in collaboration with Persatuan Mahasiswa Fakulti Farmasi (PMFFar) and Malaysian Pharmacy Students’ Association (MyPSA) Public Health Office. Green Lung Shout Out Webinar will be held on 1st June 2024 from 8.30 a.m. to 12.50 p.m. through the Zoom platform. This activity will include two webinars as well as one workshop and it is believed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) which are Good Health and Wellbeing and Quality Education. The topics of the two webinars are “The fog of addiction: Understanding the Nicotine Dependence Associated With Vaping” and “Public Policy and Strategies in Reducing Vaping”. In the workshop, the participants will be divided into groups and case studies related to smoking cessation techniques will be given to each group. After the discussion in the group, the group representative needs to present the results of their work to the participants.
