Summer SEP 2026: Placement-Site Buddies System Recruitment

The Placement-Site Buddies System is a structured initiative designed to enhance the overall experience of incoming SEP students by providing reliable on-site peer support at their respective placement host sites.
Placement-Site Buddies are responsible for:
- Campus-level peer support.
- Social and academic adjustment guidance.
- Day-to-day, non-administrative assistance.
The buddy role is supportive, while the LEO role is authoritative and administrative.
Commitment & Time Expectation
- Estimated time commitment: Flexible, based on mutual availability.
- Minimum expectation:
- At least one campus orientation meet-up.
- Regular check-ins during the first 2 weeks.
Academic responsibilities of buddies are respected at all times.
Placement Period: 20th July 2026 (Monday) – 18th September 2026 (Friday)
